Cancellation, refunds and changes are handled according to the applicable quotation, proposal or service agreement.

Advance Payments

Where work has already been started or deliverables have been created, any refund consideration depends on the agreed scope, work completed and applicable terms.

Additional Work

Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
